RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It is our goal to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products, they purchase through us.
We fully realize that you may sometimes change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, all you have to do is contact our customer service to cancel your order, and we will do our best to cancel your order, provided that your request has not yet reached the implementation stage. If your request entered the implementation phase previously, the cancellation process will be treated as a return. Please refer to our returns section below for more information. In all cases, you can contact our Customer Service who will be more than happy to assist you.
You are encouraged to exchange the product by returning it to your nearest SOSOIM store within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in its original box and packaging. The original invoice is provided and once we have received the returned product and examined it, you can exchange the product with any other product:
- The same value.
- or at a lower value, in which case any increase is refunded.
- or at a higher value, in which case, you pay the difference in exchange.
